Webinar on Houthi threats to commercial shipping

On 19 March, several academic organisations from South Africa will be hosting a webinar to consider the maritime security implications of Houthi attacks against shipping in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. Prof. Lisa Otto from the University of Johannesburg, Tim Walker from the Institute for Security Studies and myself will provide short presentations, followed by a response from Prof. Francois Vrey (Stellenbosch University) and a Q&A session.
